Go Greek.

This was breakfast today...

Plain Greek yogurt, cinnamon, honey, kashi cereal, and sliced peaches.

Greek yogurt takes some getting used to. It tastes a lot like sour cream on its own. But when you add some cinnamon, honey, and whatever else your heart desires, it turns into a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack. This one serving of greek yogurt has 17 grams of protein. That's insane. And reason enough to give the Greek a chance.
